How do you feel about ted baker

I really love a bag I have seen. My colleague has also just got it but I feel so apprehensive about ted baker.

I've always deemed it to be chavy?

It's not even cheap why do I feel like this 😂

I have some beautiful leather ted baker bags some are really old now.

They are actually lovely quality

I feel the same about it, like it’s a designer label for people who can’t afford proper designer labels.
But I LOVE their bags, I want one of their carry on suitcases but exactly like you I’d rather have a cheap one.

Ted Baker is bloody awful these days. They used to do brilliant women's wear, I dreamed of being to wear it every day.

Now I actually can afford it, it's all flouncy man made fabrics, plastic shiny bits and death by rose gold.

My best ever leather bag was Ted Baker. No branding, just lovely soft, conker brown leather (matte!) that really wore well and lasted years.

I think their dresses are beautiful... Ted Baker always does beautiful jewel toned dresses and they are really well made... I've three dresses from there and always get complimented on them.. They are expensive but I think worth the money...

Do they have a 50% sake after Christmas?

Sentimentallentil that's exactly what it is.. You can't compare it to D&G, Dior, Zegna, etc.. It's a brand not a fashion/designer house

It’s very Cheshire. That said I do have a brilliant dress from there - it’s for funerals though.

Chavvy is a horrible word...but TB is a bit basic. A bit pumpkin spice latte. Not cool.

I have one thing from there. It is beautiful classy and well made.

I am going into town tomorrow to look for my Christmas present with DH i.e. clothes shopping . TB is always one of my first stops. I am going to try it all on and come back and order with that code, unless they accept it in store. There is a coat I like and the code says I would get £80 off!!!

To answer your Q though. I like TB. I used to buy from there 20 years ago and I think their clothes are much better now. There are some things there that I think are a bit blingy and OTT but you can get some really good quality things there. I always get compliments on my TB clothes. I am not too keen on the shoes and bags though.

I like their coats.

I’m foreign, don’t like the whole class system and try to buy what I like regardless of the label on it. But yes, somehow Ted Baker, Karen Millen and MK bags conjure up the image of a PA from Essex.

Have had my eye on this wash bag for a while. But can't decide between which colour to get: Black or grey?

I have a ted baker wash bag that I got off my mother in law and I love it.

I love TB. I have some going out dresses which look lovely and are well made. However I made the mistake of buying a summer bag with Ted Baker in big letters on the side. Big Mistake! I found so many (chavvy) people with the same one and so many people complimented me on it that, erm, I don’t really want to look like. It’s put me right off buying anything from TB again.

Lovely garments in very poor quality fabric.

I dont like the way each season they have a set pattern (for example a floral print) and then pattern is on nearly everything in some way or another. Its really lazy.

But the clothes are good quality and nearly everything goes on sale, i never buy it full price.
