Replacing sunglass lenses - anyone used any of the online suppliers?

I have 2 pairs of designer glasses which I have dropped and scratched the lenses

Has anyone tried DIY lens replacement?
There appear to be a few places that sell them

Even I have two pairs of designer glasses but in the last week, one of the glasses I forgot at my friends and the remaining one has been broken. So my sister told me to see this site to buy new sunglasses online with attractive designs and reasonable rates.
