Lovely liquid hand soap recommendation?

I'm looking for recommendations for something lovely smelling for a guest bathroom.

I have just bought the l'occitaine verbena one and it smells like cat wee-I really hate it! It was quite expensive as well!

Can anyone recommend one that actually smells nice-fruity, maybe?!

Another vote for the French ones in TK MAXX. Very gentle on the hands too. My faves are orange, honeysuckle or pomegranate.

I love Occitane Verbena! Although I haven't tried the hand wash. I have the shower gel, body cream and perfume.

Aesop do lovely hand washes as do LA Bruket.

Aesop Resurrection Handwash. Mandarin rind, rosemary, cedar.

It’s incredible smelling. I’m assuming you’re looking for recommendations that you wouldn’t find by just sniffing your way round Tescos?

Second the ESPA one

Mauli do a beautiful handwash full of essential oils and based on Ayurvedic principles but it’s £££

That said, Waitrose ginger and clementine is pretty good for a couple of quid!

Doublechocolatetiffin · 07/11/2017 17:22

I love the L’Occitane’s lavender one too - it’s lovely

LadyOfTheCanyon · 07/11/2017 17:22

Actually scrap that, the Mauli one is cheaper than Aesop.

Soaper Duper's ones are lovely, especially the zesty lemon one. You can buy them from Tesco, or direct online www.soaperduper.com/product/zesty-lemon-hand-wash/

Beketaten · 07/11/2017 18:05

Had the Noble Isle rhubarb one in a hotel once and loved it so much I bought it!

Wilko rhubarb and vanilla is nice

Fishfingersandwichnocheese · 07/11/2017 18:30

That's exactly the one I was thinking of ^^

Madbengalmum · 07/11/2017 18:31

Tried loads of the suggestions on here, but jo malone grapefruit seems to have been the longest lasting we'll fragranced soap ive tried.

Madbengalmum · 07/11/2017 18:32

Espa is the only other i can think of thats good.

MinesaPinot · 07/11/2017 19:02

Le Petit Marseillais Olive or Lavender. Absolutely lovely. Available in French Supermarkets or via French Click over here (also if you like the Le Petit Marseillais shower gels French Click sell them as well!).

DanicaJones · 07/11/2017 19:49

I've got the olive one on the go at the moment Minesa. Bought from Frenchclick. The lavender one is in my basket for my next order from them.

BinkyBuntyFintyCunty · 07/11/2017 20:14

Waitrose 'Essential' range grapefruit handwash. Smells great and not at all drying or irritating. £1 a bottle.

MikeUniformMike · 07/11/2017 21:26

Bar of soap.

MikeUniformMike · 07/11/2017 21:34

Put the verbena one in the guest room.

MrsPestilence · 07/11/2017 21:41

Put the posh one in the guest room and get yourself a bottle of Ecover hand wash.

Bananajam · 07/11/2017 21:47

Aldi and Lidl both sell hand soaps that smell like Molton Brown for about 80p! They're quite strongly scented and last a while. You could buy a soap dispenser and decant them in to it.

annaharvey · 07/11/2017 21:53

I regularly buy from Boots and I would highly recommend buying from there.

Ollivander84 · 07/11/2017 22:38

Second soaper dooper

mrssmiling · 07/11/2017 23:16

Agree with Bananajam - I have the Aldi Rhubarb and Rose and it really is lovely. This is interesting... www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-4025224/How-avid-Molton-Brown-fan-failed-tell-difference-favourite-18-soap-Aldi-s-80-version-fact-preferred-cheaper-one.html
