Converse owners - quick poll on sizing

I usually take a 4.5 but have read that they are usually bigger than their labelled size, yet when I read reviews from schuh and Amazon they are either spot on or too small.

So here is a poll for the sizing for the All Stars style (not dainty) if you own a pair. Are they

a - smaller than labelled size, therefore take a size up
b - spot on
c - bigger than the labelled size, therefore take a size down.

Spot on & I have very strange feet.

I wear a 6 in converse with socks.
I am a 6.

Any other shoes or boots and my left foot is half size bigger and hurts on the toe. The right foot is small and flaps about.

Converse are perfect.

Always been spot on for me.
