Please can you help me style this dress for s winter wedding?

I would really like to wear this dress to a winter wedding but I'm not sure how to style it to make it look a little bit more dressed up. I've had the dress for years and love it but I have hardly ever worn it (partly due to putting on weight and not fitting into it - although I can now - yippee!) So, although I think it really suits me, I'm not sure if it's special enough for a wedding. It's wool /tweed fabric.
What can I wear with it to make it a bit more 'occasion'? Thanks

Are the thin lines orange? I would consider finding a jacket in a burnt orange if so. And some special shoes.

Yes they are a deep orange. Will try and have a look. It feels too cold for nude shoes tho so was thinking of going red?!?!

Smart wool blend fitted jacket and some black velvet shoes.
