Hunters wellies ?

I’m thinking of buying myself a pair of hunters wellies. Are they worth the money ? Would you recommend them? If not what other would you recommend?

If you want to do a lot of walking and you get cold feet invest in a decent pair with neoprene lining. I used to go brushing on shoots quite a lot and could stand out in the snow all day in my neoprene lines boots and my feet would get quite warm!

I definitely wouldn’t bother with Hunters. It’s a shame really, they’re another good old British name that’s gone to the dogs with cheap foreign manufacture.

Such a shame to hear that the quality of Hunters has fallen. My Neoprene lined Hunters are going strong after a dozen years. They are really comfy and I have Reynauds and have not had numb toes in them, but they are too warm nine months of the year.
