I've often wondered what the treatment are like in those secret closed off spaces in busy shops.
Are they carried out by trained beauty therapists or by the brand staff.
Debenhams have an Elemis Pod and John Lewis seem to have Clarins treatment rooms and Beauty Bar.
Worth it or a bit of a con?

Gentle bump to check if I'd be wasting my hard earned cash.
