KERATOSIS PILARIS Redness

Hi

I have this really badly on the tops of my arms. I can get rid of the bumps using Korea Italy towels but really struggle with the redness. Can anyone recommend anything else?

Thanks

Have you got rid of it from your face?

Pretty much. It comes back if I'm not consistent - mainly on my eyebrows and the sides of my face.

My face is covered

I also have very sensitive skin with rosacea and eczema. Do you think these products would suit?

I have a bit of eczema too and have to make sure these products don't touch any irritated areas as it stings like hell. TBH in your shoes I would consult a dermatologist as it sounds like your skin has very complex needs and requires gentle handling.

I use Urea 40 Plus which describes itself as "one-step exfoliating skin moisturiser foot therapy" and has 40% urea and 2% salicylic acid. I used to have it on Amazon subscribe and save but it has disappeared and looking on google I think it might be an over-the-counter medication. If you can get hold of it it's worth a go! I put it on at bedtime every other night as it does feel a bit odd. I also use St. Ives apricot scrub for blemish prone skin every other day on my arms and my face. The result is not perfect but so much better than for most of my 40 years!
