What's the correct way to wear an eternity ring?

Think its between your wedding ring and engagement ring

Someone once told me it should be eternity, engagement, wedding as the eternity ring is nearest your heart
In which case I am wearing my wedding & eternity rings in the wrong place!

Are you really meant to wear all three rings on one finger? Isn't that a bit Jimmy Saville-esque? (I don't even wear my engagement and wedding rings on the same finger, and not just because one is platinum and one is white gold).

Don't know about correct, but I wear mine on the ring finger of my right hand. It doesn't "go" well with my engagement ring, so I think it looks best on its own.

I always thought it was wedding eternity engagement.

mine goes hand - wedding, eternity, engagement - as that looks right - they are the same thickness, metal etc - maybe if they were very different, you could wear one on other hand?

i got the eternity after two kids - apparently i did not qualify after first child!!

Mine are eternity, wedding, engagement but only because thats the way they look the best. My SIL wears her eternity ring on her right hand so I think its just a matter of preference.

Dh says he won't buy me one until it feels like he's been stuck with me for an eternity! Sounds like an excuse for not coughing up for one if you ask me!
