ASOS - quality, sizing, any hints tips on good buys

I'm always getting the ASOS e-newsletter but I've never bought anything other than a couple of items of junky jewellery a couple of years ago. What's the quality of their clothes like & how generous (or otherwise) are their sizes. I'm a 14/16 mainly because of my 36E puppies. Anyone a similar size & bought from them how did you find the sizing & what size would you go for. Saw a couple of nice chiffon type tops & I'm 10 weeks pg but have a couple of nights out coming up in 6 or so weeks that I'd like something new, comfy not maternity & that I could get away with without looking obviously pg. I only put on a stone with DD but this time might not be so lucky, as I'll only be 16/18 weeks I'm hoping it'll only be the norks that have increased a bit & so far they've only been sore not got any bigger. Last time I was shutting them in cupboard doors by about 6 weeks in.
Any thoughts good or bad appreciated. Don't want to go spending on stuff that I'll wear for 10 minutes then have to put away for months & then might not wear cos they'll be out of style by the time I can wear them again.
