Can I ask a question of any 1950's/rockabilly dress fans?

Would you pay £25 on eBay for a dress that originally cost £125 and had only been worn once?

I have a really gorgeous and high quality swing dress that I would like to sell but eBay seems pretty dire for sellers at the minute so don't think I'll get any takers. Really don't want to put it on auction and get pennies Sad.

If you had a big party or a wedding coming up a) would you look on eBay? And b) would you spend £25 on a 'used' dress?

Thank you!

Yes , I have and would. If it's my size I may even end up buying it!

Good luck.

I would. I’m looking for ‘that’ dress for a xmas work party. 2nd hand doesn’t bother me as long as it’s clean, good condition and fits!

Yes I would if it was something I liked.

I'm not sure about posting details on here as don't want MN to think I'm trying to advertise?

If anyone wants to PM me, I'll happily provide info though Smile.

Yes definitely! Especially as sites such as lindybop seem to be becoming more and more popular - means more possibility of my worst nightmare of turning up in the same dress as someone else!! 🙈🙈🙈
eBay is the best way for little finds 😊
