Please clothe me. Not literally, I'm not asking people to send me stuff, but can anyone make some suggestions of classy and professional plus sized outfits?

I feel good in it and I feel confident at least and that's main thing

MegRichardson · 13/10/2017 21:19

I hope you get the job, OP, you sound very nice and I would appoint you. Good luck conifers too.

Boden do work/ interview appropriate clothes and go up to 22.

Gave you a department store near you? I’ve got a lovely tailored skater dress and wide skirt which both came from Debenhams which I wear with jackets. I am too big stomached for shift dresses or trousers.
Make sure you look neat/well put together and confident and you’ll be fine. I just got a job at size 18

Boden or Pepperberry have good quality plus size clothes for the gorgeous curvy ladies. Good luck OP! Smile

I've just bagged me a job wearing M&s wide leg trousers, very compfy, smart and slimming in navy, a sleeveless blouse cream and navy blouse under a buttonless navy jacket, all very reasonable in price, all very comfortable and classic, I felt good so found the interview less stressful, I was so stressed about being over weight, but because I felt good I relaxed more. Best of luck op.

Lk Bennett go up to a size 18. They are pricey but have fabulous tailored work wear. Check out the clearance section online too.

Would you have time to get your hair done first (unless it's extremely short I guess)? I found that made me really feel put together and good for my last interview when I wasn't feeling my best due to weight gain. Also brows and a manicure the night before.

Good luck. You'll knock 'em dead!!

Just checking in OP to say I got the job today in my far Asda dress. Lots of compliments on it it. The dress worked hard for the £12 it cost!
