Can you get dresses with built in shape wear? Or what else would be flattering?

I've got to attend a formal do for work and am not at all comfy in posh dresses due to being heavier than I'd rather at the moment. I've tried shape wear in the past but wondered if you can get clothes with it built in?

Failing that any suggestions for a flattering dress that would suit a 5'2 ish, size 16 with big boobs and short legs Confused?

Well, most haute couture dresses have a LOT of built in corsetry! That's how movie stars look so glamorous.

But not really helpful to you.

I'd maybe have a look at Vivienne Westwood or other designers that do very constructed, tailored garments.

The Roland Mouret Galaxy dress that was everywhere a few years ago had sort of powermesh corsetry inside.
