Possibly not long enough but otherwise nice.

Mhamai · 09/04/2007 16:44

I will watch this thread hawk eyed too, am also of the big nork variety, now don't remember what thread I saw this on but and also from personal experience scoop stlye tops don't work too well on the biga boobys.
I have been wearing some of the tunic style tops and I have found wearing a tank top underneath to be quite helpful if you don't want to expose too much cleavage.

ScoobyDooooo · 09/04/2007 16:47

what about this green tile print smock top

ScoobyDooooo · 09/04/2007 16:49

Mhamai i wear a vest top under my tops so i don't show off to much cleavage otherwise i find myself at places bending down to sort dd out & boobs falling out

Mhamai · 09/04/2007 17:00

Scooby I know that one only too well!

ScoobyDooooo · 09/04/2007 19:33

Cod where are you?

Lio · 09/04/2007 19:48

YOu know the ones that have a detail/line under the bust, e.g. the one posted by JackieNo at 16.26.16, well my boobs don't end in time, if you see what I mean

I have well-fitting bras but I am just an odd shape. I think if I hoiked everything up enough I would
a) not be able to see over the top of my boobs
b) have welts in my shoulders

So jsut as well you kind style people have posted other sorts too Thank you!

What about bravissimo tops? They are cut to go over your fuller breasts so you don't get that problem Lio talks about which is the result of standard patterns being cut to IIRC a B or C cup.

I went shopping today for an outfit for a hen day in London on Saturday. So, nothing last minute about that then. I am a size 22 top and Monsoon was wonderful. Absolutely loads to try on. Spent about an hour in there with a fantastic girl who went and got me everything to try on with different trousers etc. Some size 20 tops were OK, but they did vary. I ended up with a long tunic style top with linen trousers. Is there anyway you could escape and get to a store? I tried on heaps of things that I wouldn't have ordered on line or even given a second glance. But.... I am a good bit older than you so would need those style icons on here to tell you if Monsoon was young enough for you, I am clueless I am afraid!

oh sorry hello
whats the mission

suggestions for large-norked MN-ers to look good. Misdee says "i dont mine showing a bit of cleveage, not fins of my upper arms, no belly on show please. mainly wear casual trousers." But she meant "fond" not "fins". Seventh post on the thread gives and example of what she likes. GO GO Power Ranger.

Great Plains have some nice wrap tops.

I have tried the ones from Bravissimo and find them very tight fitting in the body - to me they just made my 34G norks look even more norkier.

The sleeveless tunic ones look like they would accentuate norks AND emphasise bingo wings - to me that would not be a good look.

Lio · 11/04/2007 21:39

Ooh that's interesting yesireallycan, I have often wondered about bravissimo.

misdee · 11/04/2007 21:41

lol. cheers my dears. plenty to go on now.

can escape once a week or so to get to monsoon to try stuff on, but going on their prices i wont be getting too much from there lol.
