Hello All

I have been using boots natural collection cream blush (rosy glow) for yeas & now they have discontinued it. Fuming! Can anyone recommend a good cream blush that isn't hugely expensive. Thanks

Is the Inika the same texture and shade as the Natural Collection?

I am in the same position... just got to the end of my Boots Natural Collection rosy pink blusher tube, went to get another and... discontinued!!! I got so frustrated with them. Even more so when I wrote to Boots and got the usual high-handed reply, this product wasn't selling as well as we'd hoped.. blah blah. None of which explains why they don't give so-called 'valued' customers some warning, so that we can stock up! I had hoped to find this blusher on ebay but Boots obviously get rid of old stock good & proper, because you can't find it anywhere and no, there is nothing else like it on the market! Nil points for Boots and I have not been in there very much since. I did find a cream blusher on ebay which was only £2.49. This was by Laval, a round pot of cream blush, shade 134 pink. It's very subtle and not shimmery which is good, but there again it's not the same thing & I think Boots should think twice before doing this to their customers... bring back the Natural Collection blush tube! Maybe someone should send them this thread!!

I was using Boots NO7 cream blusher in 'rosebud' for years and they bloody discontinued it a couple of years ago Angry My friend works in Boots and managed to get me the last 4 left in the country! The last one ran out about a month ago and I had to go on the hunt again. It HAD to be cream blush as I can't get on with powder at all. I look like Aunt Sally on a bad day.
Anyway, I bought this one in Superdrug and it's not bad at all for the price. It's quite pigmented though so don't go too heavy handed.

Another vote for the max factor one. Mine lasts ages.

Thanks HildaZelda x I will certainly have a look at this blusher. But I think Boots should have a re-think! Do try the Laval blusher shade 134 on ebay though, it's very subtle and it's a cream.

The Rosie H-W ones in M & S are surprisingly very good.

I have also been using this for years and have found it brilliant - I would happily pay a bit more for it. Before I used it I found my skin was dragged as a result of stick cream blusher - all I can find now are sparkly light blushers which are awful. I will look at those mentioned on thread. I am also going to email boots as there are probably 1000s of us who loved the product.

I am referring to the Boots natural collection cream blusher - if I had realised it was going I would have bought loads of them.

Anne2l · 22/04/2018 23:25

I have emailed Boots with some of the comments and my own views but it they have just confirmed it is discontinued and that someone in the shop would help to find an alternative - maybe if more people emailed it might help. I will be sending a reply to them tomorrow.

I'm feeling very smug as I just found the Natural Collection blusher in Rosy Pink (my shade!) - on Ebay. So now I've got a whole new tube. I had to buy it with a load of other blushers as a package. One of them is a tube of Rimmel Stay Blushed in Apricot Glow. This seems like a similar texture etc. to the Natural Collection one that has been discontinued... ie., it's matt & quite subtle. Anyway, since my new Natural Collection one's not going to last forever, I've gone online to order the Rimmel Stay Blushed in the pink shades. Maybe I can mix the Rimmel apricot glow with a pink one to get the same sort of shade as the Boots Rosy Pink. And YES I think people should email Boots!! I went in there the other day & the sales lady commented that I hadn't been in for so long she wondered if anything had happened to me! Told her I was just hacked off with them for DISCONTINUING THIS PRODUCT.

Although it is a bit spendy, the Daniel Sandler cream blushes in a pot and also a product in a kind of tube called Daniel Sandler watercolour blush are both really lovely. They last so long. I've had mine for about three years and still going (prob well past expiry point!) I got mine as a freebie at a bridal show but I am definitely going to repurchase when it finally runs out. Good luck on your search!

Hi to anyone who comes back to this thread. I've finally found a blusher which is - not the same as, obviously - a good alternative to the Natural Collection Blush that Boots STUPIDLY discontinued. It's cheap and it's not all 'sparkle' like so many. This is Sainsburys Boutique Velvet Blusher in Pink Rose. It's in a small black tube; only a couple of pounds & a very subtle colour. I'm really into it! There's another, darker shade, but I can't remember what that one's called. Has anyone else found anything to replace the Boots one? Maybe I should get out more but I'm still so annoyed with them... went in a few months ago to find they'd discontinued my favourite body scrub as well. Grrrr!! Needless to say I'll be getting more stuff in Sainsburys from now on, and less stuff in Boots!

Paw paw are doing a tinted gel which I found good for lips and blush. I have the red one.
