My turn- at last!

Going out end of the month with my fellow mature students (hurrah!). Been erm, about 4 years since i've been on a girls night out

need an outfit, not too expensive please, suits a 5'6" tall lady in her early thirties (ie me) small boobs (b cup) but great round hips. At least a nod towards funky preferable. No yellow. I know thats bizarre, just a personal thing LOL!

Pale skin, short highlighted hair, erm quite like dresses, not too high heels. Jeans dont look dressy on me.

Any suggestion please??? hard to go browing with my boys.

well, theres either jeans and a nice top, or a dress..
i wore a dress recently with legless tights. dont know how trendy or not i ws, but i liked it, ws comfortble, nd i did get chatted up.

I'd like to wear short but feel a bit old for it (33), am I not? I used to live in skirts so short that i wore bikini bottoms underneath (so when Mum said 'I can see your knockers! I could say no Mum, its nothing you cant see on the beach' LOL).

So short she could see you "knockers"! That's short!

You sound similar to me, size wise (well, what size are you?!) but I usually wear jeans, nice top, nice shoes, nice jewellery. I'm not all that adventurous!

The other thing I wear instead of jeans is cropped trousers with same sorts of tops, jewellery. In winter with boots, in summer I'm going to wear them with sandals. These are the two pairs I've bought recently and that I'll be wearing to go out in:

this top is really nice - I'd wear that with jeans, or crops. Probably with one of those pairs of shoes and big hoop earrings or a nice pair of dangly ones (monsoon/accessorize good for those).

If you have good legs, go for a dress. That would be easy - there are loads of nice ones around but they are all short and while my legs overall are slim I hate my knees so prefer to keep them covered!

2 nice dresses on this page and the silver skirt is nice as is the silvery jacket - ooh, am tempted and off for a proper look!!

4 years yes, I've had loads of invites but DH always works night and they always clash. I know its sad though LOL! I used to go out a lot with my ex-bestmate but she tooke xeption when I had ds2 (DS1 was OK as a novelty) and she got rather rich and started to prefer sailing and the like.

Wow- some good suggexctions! Dh says I should go short, i dor ecognise abad tendency to dress like the Viar's Wife. I made an effort today and ditched my polo neck for the Spring LOL
