Cherry haemangioma (little red spot) removal - London - recommendations?

So I am generally covered in the little bastards, loads on my trunk, thighs etc, and I hate them, always have.

BUT there are two that really bother me cos they're on my face, near my hairline but very visible.

I've always been self-conscious of them and now my daughter has mentioned them a few times and I'm wondering if the time has come to stop hating them and just get them zapped (the ones on my face, not all the others).

But I want to find somewhere reputable, obv, as it's on my face so don't want to make anything worse!!

Any recommedations? I did use the Cranley clinic a few years ago for laser hair removal and it was very good but heinously expensive. Still, worth it perhaps for the reassurance.

Not sure it NEEDS somewhere quite so high-end, though. I don't think they're that hard to zap. I think they can be kind of frozen off (like a wart) or lasered.

Any advice very welcome.
