Where can i get White wedding shoes and underwear? everywhere i'v looked only sell ivory!!

My white shoes came from Emma Hope and my white underwear was from Fenwicks or John Lewis.

I did buy my bridal underwear from La Perla but the company subsequently so annoyed me that I never wore it. And I've never shopped there since. They're horrible! [blows raspberry emoticon]
