M and S are a total fail this year. It has to be somewhere they do a short option on trousers leg length so can be tricky. Any tips welcome!

I got some fab ones from marks . Dark wash indigo skinny . I'm super curvy and wear size 10 short . They got really well . I've just bought my third pair !

mollyfolk · 16/09/2017 15:42

I love my gap jeans - have them two years and will wear them until they fall apart. I'm a size 10 , 5ft and curvy.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 16/09/2017 15:50

My best ones are all M&S. I don't buy the short ones though - regular skinnies and turn them up slightly.

PosiePootlePerkins · 16/09/2017 16:08

Have you tried Sainsburys? They fit my short chubby legs very nicely! They have a short leg length. And they're a bargain!

Cakescakescakes · 16/09/2017 16:11

Top shop Joni? High waist and good fit for pear shapes and come in short lengths. Don't be put off by fact that it's top shop. Jeans are the only thing I buy in there. The Jamie's are quite good for pears as well. Not as skinny and not just as high waisted.

imjessie · 16/09/2017 16:18

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie .. I have to turn up the bottoms of my shorts by one fold 🙈.. in 5 foot though !

BerryBee · 16/09/2017 16:24

Gap. Buy online and you get free returns.

Onynx · 16/09/2017 16:47

Gap- and I've just discovered that they are doing curvy skinny jeansSmile they had 30%off in store yesterday, plus an extra 5% with the app.

ShaniceWearsMostlyGlitter · 16/09/2017 18:22

I'm crap at sewing so trying to avoid alterations if poss!
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll go and try those places Smile

Dorothy Perkins do a short leg. They're reasonably priced and have lots of different styles.

CountFosco · 16/09/2017 20:53

My last pair of jeans were from ASOS. I ordered about 5 different pairs from different petite ranges and chose the best ones.

CountFosco · 16/09/2017 20:55

I've also had petite jeans from Boden that are higher quality (than ASOS). Mint Velvet do petite jeans as well but I've not bought from them yet. Also Anthropologie.

ifitsnotanarse · 16/09/2017 21:56

My biggest bugbear with being curvy is that the waist on most jeans is too wide and so I either need a belt or have to constantly hoike them up. I like Dorothy Perkins petite Eden jeggings as the waist is slightly nipped in and I recently bought these from Wallis. They have a zip but no need for a belt with they as they too are nipped in on the waist.

Wheredidthebackboobscomefrom · 16/09/2017 21:57

I second Dorothy Perkins or next x

mamahibou · 16/09/2017 22:34

Second the topshop Joni and Jamie. Also easy to get online.

Mrsknackered · 16/09/2017 22:35

Topshop Joni and recently the Lucas jeans. A cross between the mom jeans and Joni and so comfy.

ShaniceWearsMostlyGlitter · 17/09/2017 08:59

Ifitsnotanarse I have exactly that problem with the waist and I hate wearing a belt. Will have a look at those ones you've mentioned. Well fitting jeans have eluded me my whole adult life!

Gap. You can pick the waist size. Leg length. And how curvey. They do 3 stages of curvey. I am super hour glass so I get the curvey ones. Best fitting jeans ever.

Chewbecca · 17/09/2017 09:24

Oh, I was going to suggest M&S. Wallis petite jeans can be ok too.

Hoppinggreen · 17/09/2017 09:25

Sainsbury's

MoreProseccoNow · 17/09/2017 09:42

I'm short & curvy - I wear M&S per Una straight jeans - if you buy the ones that are around £35+, they will hold their shape well. The £20-25 not so well.

I used to wear Gap, but found them too low-rise after having DC, causing muffin top.

UntilTheCowsComeHome · 17/09/2017 09:44

Tesco jeans fit me well.

RedastheRose · 17/09/2017 17:43

Dorothy Perkins, loads of different ones and do short leg which are a must for my DD. She really likes them and has bought from them for years.

Lambzig · 17/09/2017 18:15

Gap girlfriend are great for curvy if you want to move on from skinnies. The regular hit ankle on me at 5ft 3, but they usually list exact lengths which means that you can compare to existing.

JennyHolzersGhost · 17/09/2017 18:17

Gap.
