Please please please, I need help, I always pick the most awful things, either too frumpy or a bit OTT.

I have 2 weddings to go to and the outfit will need to do for both (budget not huge)

Im 28, 5'7", size 14 chest, 12 waist and 16 hips, brown hair, green eyes.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Hmm - you're pretty curvy, too, aren't you. How about a dress like this one ? Or this is nice too and this too . Are you happy to show your arms, as those are all sleeveless?

JackieNo · 04/04/2007 15:54

Some nice ones in Laura Ashley too, see also this one , and maybe this one .

i think separates might be better, otherwise the dress will be tight on bottom and baggy on waist. unless you try a wrap?

JackieNo · 04/04/2007 16:04

You could be right, fishie.

wheresthevalium · 04/04/2007 17:02

I think so too.

I have to admit that when I tried on some bits in Monsoon today (following Cappuccinos thread) my farse looks even bigger in floaty skirts, hmmm

oh what you need to do is remember the stuff you've got packed away for the summer

saves you pounds

MerryMarigold · 04/04/2007 17:06

I like that principles 'blue mesh' one. looks like it would flatter your figure, valium as not too 'pooffy', but obviously need to try and see.
