I've just put on the chocochoo treatment off Amazon. It's the second time I've used it and confirm it's exactly the same.

The only difference is the length of time the product stays on. I think the keratin kits one was 30 mins and this one says 5/10 mins. I went with 20mins and it's done the job.

Fabulous swish non frizzy hair again.

No problem. I would say avoid the one in the gold bottle as it's gold leaf and leaves gold bits in your hair apparently.

I bought one in a little bottle and will get 3 goes out of it. You will need a plastic dish to pour it in. Found them in poundworld the hairdressing bowls with a brush and plastic pouring pot.

@PinkBlossomTree the one I used (brazilian blow dry on amazon now sold out) had me leave the keratin on for 3 days. is this the same? how long lasting are the effects? thanks!

PinkBlossomTree · 17/09/2017 10:52

Abi - yes leave on for 3 days before washing.

The only difference is between the two products is the developing time after applying it to the hair before blowdrying.

I've used it twice now and 20 mins developing time seems spot on.

My hair looks amazing now; frizz completely gone, very soft and really straight.

I've been using this now for a year every 3 months.

Even the smell is identical:

Ladies this sounds great...can you post a link?

PinkBlossomTree · 17/09/2017 10:55

I do this kit on another friends hair and hers lasts about 4 months,

I go with 3 months personally as I go to a salon every 3 months for a colour and cut and apply it 2 weeks prior to colouring as the first time I used it was after colour and i felt it stripped a bit of my colour out.

This is the link:

They also do a 100ml version for £24.99 but I find this the best value for money as you should get a few goes outta this depending on hair length.

My tip is less is more. Last time I put far too much on and it took ages to dry. As long as the hair is covered it's fine.
