What does one wear in summer on one's bottom half when one has these?

when your ankles are indistinguishable from your calves.

NB try wedges - often miraculously make ankles look slimmer.

depends, worth trying a few. i have seen platform wedges with ankle strap work wonders on a solid leg.

Plus with linen trousers and long skirts it makes you look as though you are floating along even if your legs are really hairy
