Dresses for slim women with big boobs?

Does anyone know if they exist? I keep seeing some lovely styles with little nipped in waists, but whenever I try them the waistline ends up somewhere round my ribs because my boobs have pulled it up. So I have to go a size or two bigger and then it's baggy and out of shape everywhere else. I even tried shopping in the tall section even though I'm only 5'6".

Help!

@herecomesthesun - this is interesting as others have mentioned the same and that I should try a 30F instead of a 32E, but I've never got around to it (I'm an 8/10 waist, depending on brand).

I'm pregnant at the moment so will wait until I've had the baby and got back to my normal size, then I'll give it a try.

Phase 8, Boden petite (in some styles) and anything the right shape with a bit of stretch is worth a go (size 10, 28G).
