Hi ladies,
I am going to a wedding in a barn next Thursday, I have been looking for a dress for months but now its getting (got?) Serious.
I am a size 18, apple shaped (post 2x baby tummy plus cake/chocolate problem) I am back at slimming world and the weight is coming off but I really need a lovely dress.
Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.

What sort of dress are you looking for? I am bigger than I'd like so would normally go for something quite loose/floaty, what colour/s do you like? what's your budget?

If its in a barn in august i would suggest a parka based on previous experiences.
I am apple shaped. Go for nice trousers and a pretty v neck floaty top. Unless you are family of the couple no one will notice!

If your apple shaped consider a maternity dress. Hear me out..... ASOS do a lovely maternity line and post baby I still wear it and it looks great. If you pick the correct style of dress it will be really flattering and will not look Maternity.
