OK, wedding panic

If I say I'm 14 wks pg, not thin, not tall, and nearer 40 than 35, would you say I could still wear this at a friend's wedding this w/e?

Toadstool, I was at a wedding last year when I was 7 months pregnant and very big. I'm 5ft 1 and normally a size 10/12 and I found that some of the maternity dresses actually made me look bigger. I ended up buying a dress from Jane Norman two sizes bigger than my normal size. I was a clingy dress and I wouldn't have got away with it if I hadn't benn pregnant but it covered my bump nicely and was really comfy
