What to buy in an Italian pharmacy

I'm on holidays in Italy.
It's a small resort with two pharmacies.
Anything I should buy that's not available in UK ?

Melatonin (Sp?)

We bought some in 2005 on our honeymoon in Piza. It's a naturally occurring chemical in the body that is produced to help you get to sleep, so I guess it's a bit like posh Nytol! (But don't quote me on that, do your own research, obvs!)

The Italian brand name is Airol.
Do your research to make sure you want to use it as its a bit of a commitment and not for everyone.
