Did anyone else start greying in their 20s?

And if so what did you do about it? I had a single blonde hair turn up when I was about 15 (my hair is dark brown) which scared me, and my first white hair turned up when I was 23. I'm now 28 and have obvious white hairs scattered throughout the dark ones, and seem to be trying to grow a white streak at the front. I occasionally think about dying my hair black, which I've wanted to do for years, but I'vee never got around to it. Aside from that I'm firmly in the 'leave it alone' camp as I love the idea of having white hair.

I found first grey in late 20s. Had to dye from about 32. I want to be natural but don't have enough grey yet and am very dark so use henna. But I don't stress that the odd greys are among the rest

Jonny Your hair looks fabulous!

I'm going to leave my hair as it is, I think they grey hairs look pretty (like cobwebs,) and I don't want to change the natural colour of my hair because I love the colour I have now*, although I'm looking forward to my hair being completely white so I can dye it crazy colours like bright pink without ruining it. (My hair is waist length, I'm terrified of messing with it and having to cut it off.)

Despite the grey hairs I'm often told I look younger than I am. Hmm i think these people may be on glue. Grin But I am of the dark haired, pale skinned variety. Finding a foundation that suits me is tricky, but that's a whole other thread.

*Yes I know what I said in my OP, I've sporadically wanted to dye my hair black since I was 12 and didn't even know what a Goth was. I could get away with it and I think it looks lovely, but I still can't decide! I dyed my hair purple black a couple of years ago and despite being permanent it lasted about a month-two months. Confused

Yes, I'm 27 and have a huge streak of grey hair in the middle of my head where a middle parting would be, they're stubborn little buggers and won't take a dye!

Yes but I'm ashy blonde / mousey so it isn't as obvious. I didn't do anything specific about it. I'm now in my 40's and I tend to have highlights every 6 months or so to blend any bits in. I'm about 25% grey, I think.

Very dark hair. First WHITE hair discovered at 20. Been dyeing it ever since but stopped professionally doing it due to time and cost. One day I'd like to look like Carmen Dell'Orefice. Not sure I can pull it off yet.

I had dark brown hair.
I started going grey at 17
Last year at 44 i decided enough was enough.
