I have curly/wavy hair and am finally starting to manage it thanks to finding a curly hair specialist. I use a Giovanni shampoo and conditioner and wash every other day and they, along with my hairdresser's styling tips, seem to help my hair stay curly (as opposed to sometimes flat and straight).

Problem is I have fairly bad dandruff - have had for ages. Is there a shampoo I could alternate with my current one to treat it? I've read that L'Oreal is pretty good but not sure which one.

Bought it from ASDA if that helps?

I get mine from Tesco and sometimes order it from bits of it's not in stock. It's the selenium in it that works so well, so you need that rather than any other Elvive one.

I had this. In the end I went to a pharmacist and used a medicated one for a month until it was back to normal.

UPDATE
Just wanted to let any fellow sufferers know that although I didn’t initially think it was working, I persisted with the green Elvive shampoo and once I’d got about 1/3 of the way through the bottle, I realised that it had worked. Absolutely no dandruff at all!! I can wear black tops without giving it a second thought. I am amazed!!
