Using eye primer on the lid and applying translucent powder under the eye prior to doing eye make up but still get fall out.
Applying black powder liner on the upper eyelid only.
I've even tried applying eye make up then using make up remover to clean under the eye and then apply the translucent powder.. still get black marks later in the day! Help!
