Can anyone please recommend something with SPF that I can spray on hair without it ending up like an oil slick

Just that really - off on our holibobs abroad for the first time in years, somewhere hot. My kids have very blond hair and I'm looking for something I can spray on their hair to protect their scalps mainly. I'd also like to be able to use it to protect my coloured hair. There must be something out there that would fit the bill, without looking like we've just sprayed a load of sun cream on our hair!

There are specialist UV products for hair but tbh, the best solution for protection of the scalp is a hat in a closely woven fabric.

Malibu SPF 30(?) scalp spray. Available in Bodycare and Superdrug.

We have just recently used the Malibu one. Got out from home bargains

It*

Or maybe it was Calypso. Home bargains anyway

demented - did it spray on okay without making your hair greasy? I had spotted that one on amazon - just wondered if anyone had actually used it. Some reviews say it's not greasy at all, others say it's really greasy!! I suppose for £3 something it'd be worth a try.
Nom I agree a hat is the best option, but with the kids leaping in and out the pool I don't think they'll be wearing hats all the time, so wanted something that I could spray on for whilst they're in the water, etc.

Didn't seem greasy to me and no burnt partings which was a bonus

Perfect - thanks demented just what I'm after Smile
