Don't have the time to trawl round the shops trying to find an alternative.

I can't help with the shade matching but E.L.F. blushers (available at Superdrug) are very often suggested as good dupes for various shades of Nars blushers.

LimpLettuce · 13/07/2017 19:59

Fab thanks, wonder which would be a dupe for Zen.

Where are you based?
Shadewise MAC probably have the best shade range or you could try Bobbi but Im not sure if there would be a match
Sleek are good but I find their shimmers dupe Nars more and there isn't really a pink brown in the range like Zen
Texture wise the only blusher that matches Nars is by Troy Surratt but AFAIK there is only a counter in Libertys on London
Illamasqua have some good ones as well as as Shu Uemura but the texture was way better before they repackaged and reformulated.
Re Nars I would go to a department store counter as opposed to Spack Nk as SNK doesn't carry the full range

Have checked Nars website and its out of stock. Seems to be out of stock literally everywhere. It must be discontinued. Sad Its such a fab natural shade. I've always used it. Have about a teaspoon left which I'll be eking out whilst searching for a replacement.Grin

The NARS adult content cheek palette features Zen if you can get your hands on it

LalalalaaaCantHearYou · 13/07/2017 20:52

If you have some left don't finish it and wait.
Take it with you when you go shopping

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 13/07/2017 21:24

Isn't Benefit Hoola light similar?

I would check some light coloured bronzers as a substitute.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 13/07/2017 21:30

If you looking at Surratt then it would be Grisaille, but that's unavailable everywhere as well.

Surratt blush is even better quality than Nars though.

LimpLettuce · 13/07/2017 21:49

I use Mac viva glam11 lipstick, are there any other natural blushes that would go with that?

Are you more yellow or pink in skin
Do you have redness in your skin
What shade are you

LimpLettuce · 14/07/2017 06:50

God don't know. All I know is that Mac Viva Glam 11 lipstick nails it and goes with everything ditto that Zen blusher. Think I suit bluey shades. Would normally wear darker colours( navy, green, grey, black). In late 40s if that helps. Need natural goes with everything iykwim. Grin

I have Surrat Grisaille, it's a true contour shade that I don't think would work well as a blush (it's bloody brilliant as a sculpting powder though). I think Chaleur would be closer in colour as a natural shade blusher (it's non-shimmery). Unfortunately also always sold out.

I'm having a similar problem as I love Aerin's multi color for lips and cheeks in Natural which is the ultimate 'natural give life to sad sallow face in midst of winter blush' I've ever owned but has now been discontinued. The Surratt Chaleur (still waitlisted Angry) and the Stila Convertible Color in Camellia are looking to be the best contenders for me now but I'm unfamiliar with Zen so don't know how they'd compare to that.

LalalalaaaCantHearYou · 14/07/2017 22:38

You are going to love meeeeee
I found it for you if you don't mind it in the pan i.e. not a compact.

Go to the NARS website -
Click on the link Nars Pro - Pro Palette - Create your own palette pick small Blush - add Zen

When you go to check out you can remove the empty pan

LalalalaaaCantHearYou · 14/07/2017 22:39

Excuse the strikethrough

LimpLettuce · 15/07/2017 07:09

Oh my goodness. FlowersDo you know what sizes are the palettes? Wondering if one would fit in my old blusher container which would save me having a big empty container with only one pan in. Maybe they're not discontinuing it if they're still making it.Confused< hopeful>Smile

I think some shades are in the pro pan only but then at least it means you pay less Wink
I am 95% Sure the pans are same size. If you are near a counter some of them sell the pan version too.
I think JL & Selfridges in Oxford Street does I'm not sure about anywhere else

LalalalaaaCantHearYou · 15/07/2017 10:46

You might have difficulty removing the old pan though Sad
