Enough's enough - me & girly shoes aren't working.

Wanted a pair of these for years and I'm finally getting round to it.

Anyway... saw a great pair today - black with all different coloured stars on them (bright pinks etc), but not in my size.

Help me find a pair of size 7s!!!

Can I suggest that you get these , which aren't made in sweatshops? You could stick stars on. Actually I might stick stars on mine.

im the chuck queen but cant find any black with stars on. are you sure they weren't made by 'babycham'?

Beetrootccio · 24/03/2007 18:20

white ones

Tutter · 24/03/2007 18:22

oh i have wwonderful lace-less ones - will see if i can find...

LadyOfTheFlowersAKACodsPatsy · 24/03/2007 18:28

check beety's link for the website. that's where i looked but cant find black with multi stars on although i think i have seen the ones you mean as i want them too, lol.

flamey · 24/03/2007 18:29

They were in office, so pretty sure they were all stars.

Open to suggestions - preferably darkish (me & white seems a dangerous combo), but pretty.

I like the sailor jerry ones

cool aint they?

LadyOfTheFlowersAKACodsPatsy · 24/03/2007 18:31

i have red low tops with white stars all over, red seems to hold up well against grime if that is what your concern is?
but dont forget, the best chucks are shabby and worn in looking!!

LadyOfTheFlowersAKACodsPatsy · 24/03/2007 18:34

these are cool!

flamey · 24/03/2007 18:35

White seems to just look dirty rather than worn though iyswim.

Complete turnaround - I started the shopping trip looking for girly shoes

Red & white could work... or pinks

Polka dots instead ?

flamey · 24/03/2007 18:38

Oooh pretty! I tried on a beigey/grey pink flowery job, but it was a bit bland

OP posts:
flamey · 24/03/2007 18:38

these seem most appropriate

OP posts:
flamey · 24/03/2007 18:39

I like the polka dots - but want higher ones. So similar designs but higher?

(not that I'm picky or anything )

OP posts:
JackieNo · 24/03/2007 18:40

Were these the ones you tried on?

JackieNo · 24/03/2007 18:41

MMm - love these

ska · 24/03/2007 18:41

motherinferior what a great website. thanks I love the clothes but where are the shoes? am i being really thick?

flamey · 24/03/2007 18:42

OP posts:
JackieNo · 24/03/2007 18:42

Very pink

flamey · 24/03/2007 18:46

Less keen on the quicksilvers.. Patterns are too blocky iyswim (does that make me sound insane?)

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 25/03/2007 11:25

Might add them into my London trip... thinking I will have more joy seeing/trying them there?

Any recommendations where to go??

motherinferior · 25/03/2007 14:55

Ska, the shoes are - confusingly enough - under cycle stuff. I only spotted them (and ordered a pair) from the print catalogue!
