What shoes with this dress? Summer funeral.

Hi,

I have a funeral to go to this week or next and I have limited time to find an outfit.

Managed to get this dress which I think is suitable but what shoes would go with it? I suffer in high heels and don't really need them as I'm 5'7 but could do a smallish heel. Don't want to look too wintery so think courts are out but also want to look respectful (funeral is for DH's grandmother who was 102!) The funeral is in Denmark so I hope I'm going to look appropriate.

Any shoe suggestions would be hugely appreciated!

I'd say black or nude, closed toes , so courts would be fine. Nice dress by the way. What about block heeled courts or kitten heels?

BTW I think the idea of wearing black and combre for funerals needs a re-think. My mum has said very clearly she wants her funeral to be a celebration of her life and everyone is to wear colourful clothing!

I totally agree - I have said the same thing. I wouldn't want any black at my funeral. Happy songs and bright colours only
