the answer to my hold-all longings...fab bag that folds away and holds loads of junk

just in case anyone cares how my hold-all searches went - I am SO chuffed with my finding that I have to come on here to recommend it. I spent all morning in town looking for something - a few possibilities but nothing quite ticked all the boxes. Later on I was early to pick dds up from school so I had an "I wonder if..." moment and went into our local Cancer Research shop - and would you believe it - they've got these brilliant hold-alls - water proof, fold up (like one of those Longchamp ones but way nicer), lovely design - two colours (green and white / black and white / pink and red / red and orange) with big blousey flowers on. totally perfect. how much? £3!!!!!. I don;t know why I didn;t buy one in each colour. Unfortunately I can't find a link to show them to you - but they are seriously good.

I got a lovely knitted bag from Cancer Research last week. Only a tenner and they had various colours. Really cute. Glad you found a bag - I'll have to look out for them.

I saw that knitted bag - and was really tempted myself - they're lovely - I was put off though cos I thought it might snag

Well I've used mine quite a few times now, including getting rather squiffy at a party and walking home afterwards and it's still fine! So I wouldn't be too concerned about snags tbh. I got the grey but I'm quite tempted to go back and get the pink too.
