Hairdresser in Manchester/Cheshire that specialises in the CONDITION of hair

I want to find a hairdresser who will help me to improve the condition of my hair - it's been falling out at a greater rate than normal, breaking off and the ends feel like sandpaper despite just having had 4 inches off it.
I'd like to go somewhere for a treatment but not sure where - don't want somewhere who'll bung just anything on but would maybe like to get it analysed with a tailor made treatment. I was thinking about Kerastase Fusio Dose or something like that. Any suggestions?

I had Olaplex 1 & 2 at a salon on Saturday. Had never heard of it before, but the salon had a special on and up-sold it to me, and its made my hair so lovely.

No idea of the science behind it but my hair is soft, shiny and feels thicker.

Mmm I had olaplex once before during a colour and didn't really notice a difference - maybe it's beyond hope!
