I've got a few things lined up in my basket. The prices seem very reasonable but has any one ordered from here? What is the quality like?

Right well I have ordered a lot cross section of things they sell.
A merino cardi
Trousers
Quite a few t shirts
A skirt
A bra dress
Baby leggings
Baby vests
Baby socks
So I imagine I'll be sending some of it back, probably the skirt as I think I got my size wrong. I could have bought a lot more but there was a lot out of stock in M size. For the best really Wink

I've bought a lot of Uniqlo clothes new with and without label from eBay at bargain prices too. Being in Scotland there is no store to go and try on - this way I can find out what suits me cheaply then order with confidence from Uniqlo - or just sell on if it doesn't suit.
Recent bargains have been lovely sleeveless linen shirts and a couple of pairs of ankle trousers for a few quid each.
I'm a 16 apple and need the XL.

hoopyloopy2 · 28/06/2017 20:24

I just had a Uniqlo parcel today Smile bought several items & love love love them all. The black jumpsuit with drapey back is fab. After researching & trying on so many jumpsuits elsewhere, this is the best I've found. Love their merino knitwear too.

They're the best online store IMO. Very quick deliveries, easy returns, quick refunds - they've got their e-commerce spot on.

I tend to default to them for work shirts and dresses. Sizing is generous but consistent, quality good and looks better than the price. I like plain, unfussy clothes and they do that really well.

MinesaPinot · 28/06/2017 22:14

I ordered on Monday and my parcel was delivered today. New jumpsuit and t-shirt great and fit well (I'm a curvy 14 and ordered an L). If I hadn't liked them my delivery note said I could either return to store or by mail.

I am so impressed with the sizing, quality and all round customer service. I think there are a lot of businesses, both High Street and online, that could learn a lot from them.

It's winter in Melbourne and I'm wearing two HeatTech vests and a wool coatigan from Uniqlo. Wonderful dark grey marl merino sweatpants (way more elegant than they sound). And Uggs. Toasty warm.

I bloody love Uniqlo. Really decent prices, good fabrics, classic but not boring designs, a nod to current trends but not obsessively so. I love the new Hana Tajima stuff but most of it sold out in about 5 minutes.

sowhatusernameisnttaken · 29/06/2017 18:31

It all sounds great but when I look at the website it all looks drab and uninspiring but I don't know why as I like plain simple clothes.

bananafish81 · 29/06/2017 18:36

I barely wear anything else other than uniqlo - it's my capsule wardrobe for the perfect mix and match basics

I've never shopped from the website though, I've only ever bought from the stores, so might be a different experience seeing stuff on hangars in person

lurkingfromhome · 29/06/2017 19:02

God, if there were any actual Uniqlo shops in Scotland I'd be there every day. Probably for the best.

nina2b · 29/06/2017 19:13

The merino knitwear is fantastic and lasts really well. Love it and the service.

BikeRunSki · 29/06/2017 19:35

Or anywhere in Yorkshire... the north of England... outside London at all lurking!!

Saurus72 · 29/06/2017 20:12

I only have the merino wool knitwear, which I have found to be outstanding. I wear it for work, and the quality is so so good.

Oh I wanted to add - a small thing but I rather like what seems to be a very inclusive employment policy. I've seen far more elderly people working on the shop floor at Uniqlo than at any other high street store (by about 30 years) AND - a particular matter of note for me as my DH is profoundly deaf - last time I went in I dealt with a very nice and helpful girl on the shop floor who was profoundly deaf. I'm quite sure, as has often happened to DH, there are many other companies who wouldn't employ this girl in a customer-facing role but Uniqlo sensibly had no problem with it (as she happened to be very good at her job) and I admire that.

A big thumbs-up all round from me too.

slothqueen · 30/06/2017 14:38

Thanks for all your feedback. My order arrived today and I'm very impressed. The fit on almost everything is great. I'm a 10/12 and breastfeeding so in a M comfortably.
The only thing I wasn't keen on were some grey legging trousers. Nice but not very flattering on me as I'm a bit out of shape.
I ordered a midi length skirt and it's lovely.
The baby clothes feel nice and soft. Haven't put them on dd yet though as I've bought a size up and tying to get her into clothes is like wrestling a cat into a bath.

I got another order this morning too 😳 I was planning to send most of it back, but it was all lovely. I got the soft blazer, v-neck Supima cardi, two tank tops and some leggings. I also bought DH some t-shirts which he loves.

I'm not going near the website for at least six months.

bananafish81 · 30/06/2017 16:44

Accidentally picked up a new linen t-shirt for £8 and drapey dress for £12 in the sale at lunchtime. Both gorgeous.

LaPampa · 01/07/2017 22:57

I have lots of uniqlo for work but my absolute favourite is a small men's crew neck cashmere jumper. I've worn it frequently both summer and winter and it is wonderful.
