Swimwear and t-shirts for big boobs

Trying to sort out my holiday wardrobe and need two things I don't normally wear - a swimsuit or tankini and some good quality t-shirts, ideally with scoop necks. Because of my boobs, I find lots of t-shirts make me look massive and I find it really hard to get swimwear that I feel comfortable in. I'm aware of Bravissimo but is there anywhere else I should be looking? I don't mind throwing a bit of money at it to get the right thing.

Brastop is good for swimwear, I just bought a flirtelle bikini from there I love
Kettlewell for t shirts maybe?

Catinthecorner · 25/06/2017 00:54

Unusually I managed to find a retro type bikini that worked for me from asos

I don't both with tshirts unless they're the slightly stylised silk mix v neck type that drape well.

For swimwear also try

Simply Beach
Belle Lingerie
Leia Lingerie
Airy Mary

Im a size 16, 36G boobs - Floozie at Debenhams is good, and lovely retro style!

I always manage to fing something in Bra stop.

I'm watching for tshirt advice. I have the same problem.

Brastop looks good - it wasn't on my radar before so thank you!!

Will check out the other suggestions too. Seems I'm not the only person who struggles with t-shirts.

T shirts - I have 3 "infinity"Ts from Bam clothing. Soft, long and flattering. I am 34E and the 14 is a bit big.

Bam T shirt

They are not cheap, but good quality, and there are often offers (currently 15% off).

The Curvy Kate swimwear (from Brastop and some Debenhams and John Lewis stores) are really good for support.

They don't have them all the time but on a couple of occasions I've had a few lovely fine rib scoop necked T-shirts from Lidl. The best thing is they are very long so it doesn't matter too much that a full bust makes them ride up at the front.

I find Jigsaw T shirts quite generous and also Gap, depends what kind you are looking for. Bravissimo for swim wear.

Dailystuck71 · 25/06/2017 09:18

Bravissimo have some good swimwear both at regular price and in the sale at the moment.

I bought a couple of lovely 3/4 sleeve scoop neck cotton tshirts from Boden recently and love them, good quality and well fitting. I'm a 12/32E

Catherine0317 · 25/06/2017 11:32

Hi, I'm 32FF and have always hated t shirts but last week I discovered jigsaw Pima cotton tshirts and they are super flattering on. They have a scoop neck & cap sleeves.
I bought three- I don't ever think I've done that before!!
Gap active t shirts/leisure wear ones have a good not too low v neck.
I've always likes figleaves for swimwear. It lets you filter by bra size.

Yorkshirebornandbred · 26/06/2017 00:50

Watching with interest as I struggle for t-shirts too.

I buy vest tops from dunnes - they're cheap and nice and long with a flattering neckline - this

Catherine0317 · 26/06/2017 07:16

Yes Yorkshireborn and bread- the Dunnes ones are good. The longer line ones too are great over leggings.
