PLUCKING EYEBROWS_____should you NEVER pluck above?????

I want to shape them

But I think I need to pluck above

but I have read you should always do underneath

what do you think?

I take a few strays from above, too, to neaten everything up.

But I completely agree that a skilled beautician can work miracles. I went to the wonderful Amanda at Michaeljohn in London last year who tinted my eyebrows as well as shaping them. I was very nervous (I thought I might end up looking like Groucho Marx) but I looked fab for weeks and people kept saying "You look very good, what have you had done?"
