Ballet Pump Crocs?!?!?! Anyone got em??

here

Not heard of these ones before! Tried on my first pair of normal ones yesterday - understand the comfort but my feet are very narrow anyway and they just felt like they were floating.

The ballet pump style look much more dainty

I will be interested to hear this because I was thinking about getting a pair of the 'prima' ones for work (waitressing)

NormaStanChocolateEggMuncher · 21/03/2007 09:53

I have a purple pair of normal crocs - i quite fancy those though!

cod still won't like them

expatinscotland · 21/03/2007 09:55

I can't wear ballet pump shoes - heels too narrow. But I've got the Mary Jane style ones.

GinaVauxhall · 21/03/2007 09:58

Can someone explain to me the appeal of Crocs?

I find them extremely ugly and frumpy for adults - cute as hell for kiddos!

Are they that comfy?

expatinscotland · 21/03/2007 09:59

They're very, very comfy!

GinaVauxhall · 21/03/2007 10:01

Been a fan on Birkens- but this year i won;t wear them as my feet expands massivily during the summer nd struggle big time wearing boots in the winter- after a summer of flat hippy walking.

NotanOtter · 21/03/2007 10:01

where is the size 38????

elclose · 21/03/2007 10:04

do they make your feet sweat?

MerlinsBeard · 21/03/2007 10:05

i saw these in the next catalogue y'day...folded the page over

NormaStanChocolateEggMuncher · 21/03/2007 10:06

No - no sweaty feet with the ones that have holes in (the only kind i have). You can wash them as well so less chance of smell iyswim?
The plastic is also really alot more comfortable than you would expect, kind of soft and rubbery

NormaStanChocolateEggMuncher · 21/03/2007 10:06

I have to say I would never have thought of buying them, but SIL got me some for christmas, and I now Love them

TeeCee · 21/03/2007 10:07

What is the actual ppoint of them? Serious question. Are they for paddling in steams or streetwear and do they make your feet sweat and do they get all hot and icky and the plastic rubs a gash in your feet?

Enid · 21/03/2007 10:08

no they dont make your feet sweaty at all

they seem to keep your feet cool

and the appeal is that they feel very very light and bouncy

Flamesparrow · 21/03/2007 10:20

I wasn't liking the idea of them at all until my friend made me try hers on yesterday

ProfYaffle · 21/03/2007 10:24

Flamesparrow · 21/03/2007 10:28

My sister gave me money for shoes for my birthday... not quite what I had been planning, but getting soooo tempted.

Is there anyway to find rl stockists?

OP posts:
MerlinsBeard · 21/03/2007 10:29

MerlinsBeard · 21/03/2007 10:29

Flamesparrow · 21/03/2007 10:31

Oooh just found it myself - quite a few round here...

Now just to go there and find if they do the pumps

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 21/03/2007 10:33

Next wasn't listed as a stockist on the list I think it'll end up being catalogue only, and I am lazy and can't be arsed to order and send back

MerlinsBeard · 21/03/2007 10:34

in that case i shall have to get some and let you know what they are like. Purely in the name of research you understand
