Classy cold shoulder tops

Didn't think I could wear one but have seen a couple of friends wearing them recently and looking grown up classy, not boho my daughter's age. Like the ones that hide a bra strap, so not a bardot style. Have seen a nice one in Baujken but would prefer something less expensive. Get to work style gurus!

They are all hideous. People at work wear them. They are the leggings of the top world. Just no.

As to the point of them, the point is retailers need to get you in buying stuff, so inventing something that you don't already own is one way. Reminds me of ponchos a while back.

None of the ones linked are nice though,they kid you into thinking they are just about acceptable because pretty,thin models are wearing them,that is all!

I've got a Baukjen dress with missing bits in the shoulders. I thought it would be ok as the dress is plain midnight blue, just above the knee and the shoulder slits give it a hit of interest.
I've only worn it once though as I feel too victimy in it!

I bought one.... wore it twice and realised the error of my ways. They just look cheap and tacky; even the expensive ones.
