Single parent with no childcare so needs to be done at home ( plus have back problems so can't do anything that may make it worse ) tia

Try Pop Pilates and Tone it Up. Pop Pilates is on YouTube and the TIU girls have their own website and are on instagram.

You can do toning exercises but if you have a layer of fat over the muscle, you won't be able to see the toned parts.

Only way to get rid of it is diet.

Planks and side planks are excellent (in my opinion). Try and hold them as long as possible.
