What to wear as a wedding guest when short and fat with no boobs!!!

I am going to a wedding in August, it's my husbands old school friend and I won't know anybody. I have major confidence issues and I am starting to get very anxious about what to wear. I am 5'1 and a 16 -18 with most of my fat around my stomach. I don't have the boobs for all the clothes I seem to see in plus size ranges and I am very self conscious about the tops of my arms. I am not great with fashion and I hate going shopping for clothes (it usually ends in tears and a half hearted attempt at dieting) I am appealing for any suggestions you may have! Thanks

What about a kimono dress like this. Aren't v necks v necks flattering for the small of boob?

What colours do you like? Do you have a dress or outfit you feel good in? What shape is it if you do?

Thanks, I never think of ASOS I will have a look on there. I normally wear black or navy and my usual outfit is skinny jeans, a top and a cardi. No, I have nothing that I feel good in. I will also check out that thread

Asos should be good shout. My sister is similar size with no chest and always looks lovely in a wiggle dress, asos do lovely ones.
