Eyeshadow that doesn't disappear

No matter how much eyeshadow I put on, by 10 am it's gone completely. Can anyone recommend me some that will at least last until lunch?! I'm late 30s, combination skin, and don't mind spending a bit.

Definetly recommend the urban decay pallets. Not much of an eye shadow user but bought one on holiday in thailand, got to 40 degrees there and the eye shadow was the only thing that didnt melt off my face. The colors in pallette 2 are great

You need to use a primer. If your eyelids are oily, I reccomend the MAC paint pots in Painterly or Soft Ochre. If the skin is a bit dry and has texture, I recommend the Lorac eye primer.

Before you put down your main colour, set the primer with a skin coloured shadow all over the lid. This will make any colour you add on top pop more and blend easier.

After doing all your makeup, close your eyes and mist your face with a setting spray like Ben Nye's Final Seal or Urban Decay's setting spray. MAC Fix+ is just a refresher spray, not a setting spray.

They tried to flog me the paint pots. I returned it and got the proper primer

The Laura mercies caviar stick moveth not. Also the Mac eyeliner - pearglide. Was quite annoying to get off tbh

You need a good primer. My skin tends to be very oily and I've found that only a primer can make my eyeshadow stay on all day. Urban Decay in a purple tube is fantastic (can't remember what it's called) and also Artdeco, it comes in a little black tub. Not sure if you can get Artdeco in the UK at all, I normally buy it when visiting my sister abroad.
With regards to eyeshadows, I tend to use Urban Decay but tbh with these primers anything works and stays on beautifully.
