A similar dress to the Phase Eight 'Hope's Wedding dress??

I tried this dress on today after falling in love with it online - and I loved it as much in person. BUT it's too short!

I'm 5' 9" so not that tall, but its a couple of inches short and there is no way to adapt it.

Had anyone seen anything similar??

J Crew and Self Portrait both do excellent wedding dresses.

What size did you try? That web page says that the model is 5'10" and if she weren't wearing heels it would be floor length on her. I am taller than you and find that there is often a variation in the length of high street dresses if you compare them directly.

Bigger sizes also tend to be longer, but it would be difficult to take it in with all that beading.

If you are really in love with it then I would personally get half a dozen ordered into store in your size and then hang them all up to find the longest. Sometimes the difference is literally inches.

I tried a size bigger than what I'd buy as I recently had a baby and I'm still carrying that weight. And i was worried going to my size would make it even shorter. But I'll give them a call about ordering a lot in in my size and cross my fingers.
