I have had 'chicken' arms for as long as I can remember and now it's that time of the year to consider getting them out with sleeveless tops I'd really like to tackle them once and for all - anyone got any suggestions please?

Has anyone used the Ameliorate with the hint of colour in it? I'm intrigued. It would be great if it disguised the redness.

Yep, ameliorate worked for me too. I even did a test using it on just one arm! It made a difference in a few days, but it does come back if you stop using it.

Flexitol foot cream with urea got rid of mine.

Thanks all! Been looking for a solution for this for DD and am going to try some of these creams. Love MN!
