Bra intervention ladies - 32F help!

Hello Grin

I measured myself using the rules on here. Bra size went from 34 DD to 32 E.

I bought two bras, one Freya and one from M&S. here is the thing. I can't wear either. They both feel far too tight and the underwire is digging straight up into my armpits.

I've taken the Freya one off tonight and I'm red and sore, it's rubbed a patch under my arm that currently got savlon on it.

Any advice?

I have trouble with this I'm 5'3 and a 32gg. The best one I've found is bravissimo Alana. Other than that I'm rubbed raw in my armpits. So frustrating

So if I am a 30F but want to buy a supermarket bra can I size up/down?
Most supermarkets start at a 34 back. If I wanted to try one what cup size should I try with a 34 back?
I know I should get the exact size but its just not practical to go into town every time and its certainly not affordable.

I would love to make do with an ok fitting bra from Sainsburys or Asda.

MrsDV Shock you are so getting told off by the bra ladies, for suggestion such a thingGrin

I usually order loads off bras via the internet, try at home and then return/exchange. Figleaves are good and often have 20% off and free postage and returns.

PickAChew · 29/05/2017 23:19

M&S bras can be tight in the band - try a bigger up and a variety of styles if oyu must stick with them.

Or have a go with Figleaves, Brastop etc - free returns (so long as oyu include something full price, with Figleaves) so oyu can try a load on and return all the unsuitable ones.

MrsDV please don't. a 34 back on 30 rib cage will just climb up and give you no support. If you're looking for bargains, there are about 3000 30F bras on Ebay at the moment, starting from a few quid.

ok Sad

I am a bit of a manic shopper. I buy clothes like other people buy crisps so I hate not being able to grab handfuls of cheap bras Grin

Anyone know an alternative to curvy Kate cascade, they are blue. Would like another CK bra in another colour.

Thirding the Chantelle bras. I have been wearing the 32E Hedona for a million 15 years or so. They introduced another style I like, which is a bit more dainty, last year, but I can't remember the name.

(Loving MrsDV the rebel bra wearer Grin)

D'oh, it occurred to me that La Senza in my go to city has morphed into Boux Avenue.

Passthecake30 · 02/06/2017 13:10

I have this problem, Cleo maddie (now replaced with Cleo Lexi) is my go to bra, I'm a 30ff
