suffer cold feet / hot feet in spring and autumn

I have pixie boots that sometimes make a farting noise when I walk tis very embarrassing it happened when looking round houses to buy the other weekend bil was with us and said he thought I was doing farts all the way round!

I have a waterproof coat that I wear a lot (not v stylish, I know, but only just coming out of the needing to push a pushchair everywhere stage, so haven't yet investigated real coats), and every time I get into the car it makes a farting noise. Can be very embarrassing if I'm giving someone a lift. I've lost track of the number of times I've had to explain about it.
