£110, on a pair of boots. Otherwise not usually more than about £40, I reckon, and usually less than that.

cazzybabs · 13/03/2007 20:48

£125 on boots last winter, did have some money towards them for Christmas. Still had an out of body experience at the till though.

Kelly1978 · 13/03/2007 20:52

yikes, about £60 I think. I'm limited though, jimmy choos and the like don't go up to a size 10.

IntergalacticWalrus · 13/03/2007 20:54

£170 for a pair of boots about 4 years ago.

DP went mental. He's George at Asda Man

SlightlyMadScientist · 13/03/2007 20:55

350 ish on jimmy choo's...well it was for my wedding day and dh (to be at the time ) had always promised me a pair for our wedding day...

Devine to look at and to wear...

PannfriedtomatoesATWSC · 13/03/2007 21:19

Equivalent of £350 on THE most beautiful pair. On the Via Dante in Milan 18 months ago.

Trouble is.....often too fearful of wearing them incase they get dirty...or upset and want to go home.

£175 on a pair of boots about 3 years ago, but to justify myself, I am still wearing them today.

My wedding shoes cost £85

£225 (I think)

Nowadays I don't spend more than £70 on shoes and £150 on boots

CODalmighty · 14/03/2007 14:01

70?

am cehap gal

bozza · 14/03/2007 14:03

I think possibly about £70 on a pair of boots, and similar on a pair of Timberland trainers. All pre-children.

CheesyFeet · 14/03/2007 14:34

£80 on a pair of boots

Shoes generally no more than thirty quid

Can't buy mega cheap ones from Asda as my feet are almost as wide as they are long, otherwise it would be a lot less than that

I am a total clothes/shoes cheapskate

cupcakes · 14/03/2007 14:41

£200 on a pair of boots from Russell and Bromley . I ummed and ahhed over them on here and everyone thought I was crazy. I think they were right - they are too high so I very rarely wore them (esp when pg). They are gorgeous and you can still buy them now (18 months later). But not worn enough to ever justify cost.

donnie · 14/03/2007 14:42

£130 on boots fron Russell and Bromley - I don't regret it!
