I love the way Pippa dresses, she never looks too put together, a bit quirky. Her arms are great. He's very royal looking isn't he?

Love the dress, it's fabulous and a bit quirky without being too out there. She really has overdone it a bit with her arms though, looks quite startling. Fiancé's not my type but they look happy so doesn't much matter what we all think!

It's the style that was fashionable when I was a teenager, and it was cheaper to make your own summer dresses.

My daughter has a Similar dress From Next - albeit kids wear and it was about £30 if that!! And looked nicer too

I agree it's a really weird hem.

I believe, on closer inspection, the dress is made with a heavy weight fabric featuring some intricate jacquard work, probably with silk. And plenty of hand sewn beads. I'm no dressmaker so just taking a stab!!

But I don't think from a quick glance at a photo you can fully appreciate the high quality of the dress. Regardless of design it is beautifully cut.

And the DoC has been wearing similar hems recently. It must be in fashion.

I think he's one of those men who are much better in the flesh than photos - all twinkly eyes and disarming smile

I'm not a fan of that frock, just not my taste. Generally I think she always looks nice though.

I still have a pair of sandals, very similar in style, with the zip up the back, so easy to wear.
