Please help me dress!

I'm a rectangle, same size both top and bottom, I'm also petite. Cannot dress myself at all, can anyone advise what I can wear and not look like a sack of spuds.

Petite skinnies - topshop petite leigh or joni if you want high waisted, ...total budget ones tesco! I'm in between sizes after having a baby so bought some tesco ones as a put-me-on but they're really good! Less than £15 i think.
